1. Who can use The Mine
You must be at least 18 years old and own the Mobile Money number you use for payments and payouts. One person may hold one account only. Duplicate or fake accounts are removed and any balance on them is forfeited.
2. Account activation
Access to paid tasks requires a one-time activation payment shown on the activation page. The fee covers verification and account setup. It is non-refundable once your account has been activated, except where the payment was taken in error.
3. Tasks and rewards
Task rewards are shown before you start each task. Rewards are credited only after our team reviews and approves your proof. We may reject a submission that is incomplete, edited, duplicated, or that does not match the task instructions. Repeated fraudulent submissions lead to account suspension.
4. Wallet and withdrawals
Your wallet shows the rewards you have earned. When you request a withdrawal the amount is held immediately and marked pending. Approved withdrawals are sent to the Mobile Money number you provide, usually within 24 hours on business days. If a withdrawal is rejected, the full amount is returned to your wallet. You are responsible for giving the correct number — payments sent to a wrong number you supplied cannot be recovered.
5. Referrals
You earn a referral bonus when someone signs up with your link and completes their own activation payment. Self-referrals, bulk sign-ups, and incentivised fake accounts are not allowed and cancel any bonus earned.
6. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the platform, or attempts to manipulate rewards. You can ask us to close your account at any time through the support page; any confirmed balance is paid out first.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. Task availability, reward amounts and the activation fee can change at any time; changes apply from the moment they are published in the app.
8. Privacy
We store your name, email, phone number and payment references purely to run your account, verify payments and pay you. We never sell your data.
